K-Sat provides products and services for the Aerial and Satellite market.

TV Aerial, radio aerial and satellite dish supply and installation. K-Sat will also install your own equipment, solve problems, trace faults and carry out servicing, repairs and upgrading. We also sell consumables for example:- remote controls, signal amplifiers, splitters and all general aerial/satellite related products.

Privicy Policy

K-Sat only asks for information required to carry out work or to complete a transaction. No unnecessary information is stored. We do not sell any personal information. We do not pass on information to third parties. All financial information taken for the purpose of completing a transaction, for example by Debit Card, is carried out direct with the processor and no financial details are stored by us.
If you e-mail us we save your e-mail address but this is not passed on to anyone else and if you ask us to remove it we will.

Shipping Policy

K-Sat ships goods the same day if in stock and you should expect to receive them within 2-3 working days. If goods are out of stock you can have an immediate refund or wait as you wish, if while waiting, you are not happy with the waiting time there will be a no quibble refund.

Returns Policy

K-Sat will refund full cost or replace any item you receive by mail order that is faulty when you receive it.
If you buy an item and change your mind within 7 days you can send it back in original condition and packing for a refund.
