On a new building it’s best to have the cabling installed at the ‘first fix’ building stage for new build or refurb so that everything can be neat, tidy and hidden.
We install the cable to outlet points selected by you, usually one in each room but it could be any number of points per room.

At any point in any room you could then just plug in a TV, Sky/SKY Plus or Sky HD box, Freeview box or FM Tuner or DAB Tuner - any mix throughout the house and they will all work independently as if they had their own aerial or dish.
